Return and exchange policy


Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a credit or exchange. You must notify for a return in the first 3 days.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.

To return your product, you must send it to the exact sender's address on the package.

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the product may vary.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return.

If approved, a store credit will be issued that will be valid for 30 days, the credit must be redeemed, otherwise it will expire.

Sale Items (where applicable)

Only regular priced items will have changes. Unfortunately the products on sale are unchanged.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed the same day you place your order or the next day, within a delivery time of approximately 3-4 business days.

The shipping time starts to elapse once the order payment has been completed.

Delivery times are made according to the hours or business days of the postal service.

We recommend that you verify all the information provided and that they are correct, taking care that there are no errors in your delivery address, since it is not possible to make changes of any kind in the destination guide once the package has been removed from our facilities.

Any problem will be reported as soon as possible. Rest assured that each item in your order will be handled and packaged professionally, with great care.
